Deposit with crypto
Open Cronos app and tap Deposit.
Select Crypto.
Choose the asset you want to deposit: USDC or USDT.
Select the network you are sending from: Cronos, Ethereum, or Solana.
Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code with your sending wallet.
Go to your sending wallet and send the funds to that address on the same network.
Your USDC balance updates automatically once the deposit is confirmed.
Deposit with a card
Open Cronos app and tap Deposit.
Select Card.
Enter the amount you want to deposit in your local currency.
Enter your card details and tap Confirm.
Your USD balance updates once the payment is processed.
Questions
How do I know my deposit was received?
You will receive an in-app notification when your deposit is detected and a second notification when your balance is updated. You can also check your balance on the Portfolio page at any time.
My deposit has not arrived. What should I do?
Crypto deposits are usually confirmed within a minute. Card deposits may take a few minutes longer. If your funds have not arrived after 30 minutes, check that you used the correct deposit address and the correct network before sending.
What happens if I send to the wrong address or network?
Deposits sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered. Always verify the address and network before sending.
