Why is my withdrawal pending or delayed

This article explains the common reasons a withdrawal may take longer than expected

How long do withdrawals take?

Most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes of confirmation. Your balance updates and you receive a notification when the withdrawal is complete.

Common reasons for a delay

Your withdrawal may be delayed for one of the following reasons:

  1. High network activity: Occasional congestion on the Cronos network may extend processing times temporarily.

  2. Account review: If your account requires additional verification, your withdrawal will be paused until the review is complete. You will receive a notification if this applies.

  3. System maintenance: Withdrawals are temporarily paused during scheduled maintenance. Check in-app notices for any planned downtime.

What to do if your withdrawal is delayed

If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 30 minutes and you have not received a notification, contact support through the app and include your withdrawal amount and the time it was submitted.

Questions

My withdrawal is still pending after an hour. Is my money lost?

No. Pending withdrawals are queued and will be processed. Contact support if you are concerned and include your transaction details.

Will I be notified when my withdrawal completes?

Yes. You will receive an in-app notification when your withdrawal is confirmed.
