2. Tap on Total Cash, then Move funds.
3. Check that the direction shows from spot/predictions funds and to perps funds at the top.
4. Enter the amount of USD to move.
5. Review the details and tap Confirm.

Moving funds back to your spot/predictions funds

Follow the same steps and switch the direction in step 3.

You often do not need to move funds manually

If you place a perps order that is larger than your perps funds balance, Cronos app automatically moves the difference from your spot/predictions funds. The same applies in reverse: your order goes through as normal, and the transfer happens in the background.

Why are my perps funds separate from my spot/predictions funds?

Perps trades are settled on Hyperliquid, the trading venue that powers perps on Cronos app. Your funds need to be on Hyperliquid before they can be used for perps trades. Cronos app handles this transfer for you, so all you see is a simple move between two balances.

Most transfers complete within a minute. Check the transfer status in your perps transaction history. If it has not completed after a few minutes, contact support with the time and amount of your transfer.

Are there any limits on what I can move?

Transfers have a minimum of 0.1 USD, and only USD can be moved. If you do not have USD in your spot/predictions funds, trade another asset for USD first, then move it to your perps funds.
