Steps
Open Cronos app and go to your open position. You can find it on the asset detail page for the pair you are trading, or in the Positions section of your portfolio.
Tap Close on the position you want to close.
Choose how much of your position to close.
To close the full position, tap MAX.
To close part of your position, adjust the amount to the size you want to close.
Review the estimated profit or loss at the bottom before confirming.
Tap Confirm to submit the close order.
Your closed position appears in your trade history. Your realised profit or loss and any trading fees are shown in the trade detail.
Note: closing a position this way submits a market order, which fills immediately at the best available price. To close your position at a specific price instead, set a Take Profit or Stop Loss order. See What are Take Profit and Stop Loss orders.

My close order is not going through.
Check that you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, check whether the market is currently available for trading. If the market is open and you are still unable to close, contact support.
I closed my position but my perps funds balance has not updated.
Balance updates may take a few seconds after a trade is confirmed. Pull down to refresh the portfolio page. If the balance still does not reflect the close after a minute, contact support and include the trade details.
